Identify the research-based methodologies that we want all staff
trained.
2. Create
a master list indicating the staff who have been trained and
those needing training.
3. Utilize
model lesson design in the evaluation packet of the Master
Contract.

Administration all trained in Instructional Leadership program
(supervision and evaluation by classroom visitations).
5.
Principals continue drop in visits to assist in supervision and
evaluation (outside of the formal evaluation component). Review
integration of technology and student learning.
6.
Technology proficiency survey developed to determine technology
growth in the classrooms
7.
Technology assessment created for new certified staff to the
District.
8.
Evaluation Committee begins work in fall of 2008 to review the
current evaluation of staff and provide revisions, as necessary.
