BEGINNING STRENGTH AND FITNESS TRAINING

 

ELECTIVE

ELIGIBILITY:  9, 10, 11, 12

PREREQUISITE:  None

CREDIT:  1/2

This is an elective course designed for students who have a sincere desire to improve their physical fitness through strength training.  This will be accomplished through weight training and other work out activities and discussions.  Fitness components will be a part of the daily requirement.  An individual program will be developed and used by each student.
