ELIGIBILITY:  9, 10, 11, 12

PREREQUISITE:  Beginning Strength & Fitness

CREDIT:  1/2

This course is designed for students who wish to continue the individual programs that were started in Beginning Strength and Fitness Training.  A variety of training styles for experienced students will be presented.  Additional "power lifts" will be included when appropriate.
