BEGINNING STRENGTH AND FITNESS TRAINING FOR WOMEN

 

ELECTIVE

ELIGIBILITY:  9, 10, 11, 12

PREREQUISITE:  None

CREDIT:  1/2

This is an elective course designed for women who have a sincere desire to improve their physical fitness through strength training.  This will be accomplished through weight training and other workout activities and discussions.  An individual program will be developed and used by each student.
