AP Spanish, a one-semester class is a college-level course open to students who have successfully completed four levels of Spanish. The activities of reading, writing, speaking, listening, and culture closely parallel the Spanish IV course. The level of proficiency will be accelerated and more literature will be included. Grading will be based on oral presentations, formal writing assignments, daily work, tests, and projects. The AP Spanish test will be available and students will be encouraged to take it in May. The cost of the exam is approximately $90.00.
