This course will enable the student to study how individuals and nations make choices about ways to use economic resources. This course will explore such topics as: supply and demand, free enterprise, competition, inflation, unemployment, money and banking and international trade. You will research economic indicators and how they affect the economy. Students will research and invest in the stock market game. You will better understand how economics affects you, your community, and the US economy today and in the future.
