SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
ROOSEVELT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The Roosevelt Parent Teacher Organization has made available one $300.00 scholarship for eligible seniors to be used at any post secondary institution.  To be eligible, applicants must have attended Roosevelt Elementary School at least one year.

Please fill out and return the form no later than March 27, 2007.
